I grew up in an insurance family. I have been working in the insurance industry since 1997. Being successful in creating a knowledgeable and fun team that works together to provide excellent insurance solutions continuously motivates me.

I grew up in Wilmington, NC spending lots of time at the beaches and the beautiful historic downtown. I graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration. I really enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports, taking bicycle rides with the kids and playing music with friends. You would hopefully find me traveling, but more likely you’ll see me doing a home improvement project. I can binge-watch a good show like a boss!

Being involved in my community is just as important to me as my business. I am on the Board of Directors in my religious community, and I have been a volunteer soccer coach for 16 seasons.

Ariella Giusani

I have worked for Heinberg and Major Auto Insurance since July 2014. I enjoy the daily interactions with our customers and working with my fellow officemates. We have such a great working relationship, and it makes the office run smoothly. We’re able to assist our clients with their needs successfully.

I grew up in northern New Jersey and am a graduate of the University of Delaware. In 2000, I moved to Wilmington, and I’ve been so happy here. I love the friendly people, the great climate, the beaches, and all the fun things to do around town. My free time is spent with my husband of 18+ years, our daughter, and our Chocolate Labradors. I enjoy reading, movies, swimming and traveling. 

I have previously volunteered my time as a Girl Scout Troop leader for eight years. My troop enjoyed crafting, earning badges, learning new things, and giving back to the community through different service projects. The girls earned a Bronze Award for their Little Free Library, which is installed at the Leland Cultural Arts Center.

I am originally from Buffalo, NY, but grew up in the Boston area. I first moved to Wilmington in 2004, then headed to the Midwest to work as a Flight Attendant in 2008. After a few years in Chicago and Milwaukee I realized I couldn’t take the cold and returned to Wilmington for good.

I am new to the insurance world, but I am very excited to be learning the industry! I have great teachers here at the office and I really enjoy assisting and getting to know our clients. 

I collect and restore vintage and antique furniture, so you can find me at a thrift stores or estate sales in my free time. I love to travel, especially taking good road trips. My weekends are typically spent with my family, friends and my pets, Nacho and Marvin. If I could, I would spend most of my days at the beach.

I grew up in NYC but started working in the insurance industry about a year ago. I like that I have been able to learn at my job and help our clients. What excites me the most about my work is being able to meet/help new people.

I enjoy Anime/Cartoons a lot. Most of my weekends are spent with my family when I’m not working.

I have 10 years in the Insurance industry. I started as a Customer Service Rep and a few years later became an Agent. The thing I love the most about my job is that we all share ideas on what’s best for our clients and the office.

Most of my weekends I’m at soccer fields with my son’s soccer games.

At Heinberg Insurance, I take pleasure in helping with the needs of customers and assisting agents when needed. I like the fact that I am able to help new drivers learn laws and regulations for driving in NC and educate them on what they need.

I’m originally from PA but moved to NC when I was 14 years old. I went to Bunn high school where I was part of Future Farmers of America and have awards in interior design, apparel 1, algebra 1, and US history. I graduated in 2012.

I currently enjoy spending time with my family and my dog; I take her everywhere! I spend my weekends out at the farmers market or flea markets with my husband. I like to swim, draw and sew. I’ve learned how to make clothes and other items from my great-grandma.

I am a volunteer at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, Wakefield Rotary club, and I also assist a local Girl Scout troop!

I have been an agent with the company since September 2015 and enjoy helping customers save money.

I grew up in New Cumberland, PA. I love being a Girl Scout Leader and taking trips with my troop to Camp Pisgah, Sliding Rock, Pisgah National Forest, and Savannah, GA. I also enjoy participating in community service activities with the Rotary Club and volunteering at Note In The Pocket.

I love animals. Frequently, I watch the YouTube channel “Famous Graveyard Tours” because I love learning about historical figures. In my free time, you can find me relaxing in my pool with my husband, Craig, of 25 years, our two daughters, and granddaughter.

I started working at Major Auto Insurance in August 2018. I love when a customer walks in the door looking for help but with the look of uncertainty but leaves with a smile saying thank you! It’s a great feeling to know I was able to change that moment for them into something positive.

I grew up in a small town known as Kittrell. I then moved to the small town of Henderson where I still reside. You can always hear me talking about my family and my children! I love being a mother. I love watching them grow up. It’s the most amazing journey. I think of my family and it puts a smile on my face. In my free time, you can find me home relaxing with my family or cooking, sharing laughs and making memories; my second favorite is at the beach!!

I love home interior decorating, so I have a very bad habit of online shopping for decorative items.

I started as a CSR with Major Auto in August 2017 and obtained my license in January of 2018. Currently, I am a licensed agent and write personal auto insurance policies. I enjoy meeting new people and being able to help others if I can.

I grew up in a small country area called Fairport, NC located between Oxford and Kittrell. On the weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family at home or at a get-together.
